Elizabeth Ajayi-Bridges, Ed.D., is a multifaceted professional known for her expertise as both an educator and entrepreneur. With a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree in Educational Leadership with a specialization in Creativity and Innovation she combines her passion for education with a keen entrepreneurial spirit, making significant contributions to the fields of education and business.
As young as 9 years old Dr. Ajayi- Bridges spent her middle and high school years learning in a boarding school and knows the importance and benefits such an experience brings to at promise urban youth.
As an educator, Dr. Ajayi-Bridges has a wealth of experience in curriculum development, educational leadership, and fostering inclusive learning environments. She has held administrative roles where she implemented innovative teaching methods and advocated for educational equity and accessibility.
Simultaneously, Dr. Ajayi-Bridges has ventured into entrepreneurship, leveraging her academic background and innovative mindset to establish and lead successful business ventures. Her entrepreneurial endeavors often intersect with education, focusing on developing educational technologies, training programs, or consulting services aimed at enhancing learning outcomes and addressing educational challenges.

Akindele Akinyemi
Mr. Akindele Akinyemi is a futurist who is one of the most respected leaders on education, domestic and global public policy and community and business development.
The hard-hitting educator, motivational speaker, researcher and governmental relations expert is widely known for his tough hardline views on local government and educational reform by linking global policy from the African-Caribbean Diaspora to empower local communities here in the U.S.
Jasmine Uduma
Jasmine Uduma is a dynamic professional with a diverse background in administrative leadership and community engagement. Since May 2015, Jasmine has been an integral part of the Wayne County Community College District, where she serves as an Executive Administrative Assistant II.
Her role involves collaborating with the Vice Chancellor of Educational Affairs and other key stakeholders to develop and implement efficient office processes. Additionally, her involvement in community relations and outreach as a Campus Operations Associate highlights her dedication to fostering positive relationships and creating impactful programming for students, faculty, and the wider community.
Temitayo Olaniran
Ms. Temitayo Olaniran is a mom of three who spent time in a boarding school and enjoyed her experience there. She also spent her formative years in the public school system. She has a unique perspective of both systems.
As an adult, she has spent about 10 years in training over 600+ employees onsite and remotely in clinical applications. As a committed advocate for education and a firm believer in the transformative power of quality schooling, she is eager to contribute her skills and experiences to the continued success of youth and is dedicated to fostering excellence in education.
Homa Wenah
Ms. Homa Wenah is a dedicated healthcare professional with a wealth of experience in women's health and nursing education. Since September 2021, she has served as a Clinical Instructor at Wayne State University, overseeing the practical training of nursing students in labor and delivery as well as postpartum care.
Her leadership abilities are further showcased as she serves as the lead for Henry Ford Hospital Women’s Health Certified Nurse Midwifery Service, highlighting her natural aptitude for leadership and her commitment to advancing women's health services.
Malikha Ceasar
Ms. Malikha Ceasar is an accomplished entrepreneur and financial aid advisor based in Detroit, MI. Since 2014, she has been contributing significantly to Wayne County Community College District in various capacities.
In her role as a Financial Aid Advisor, Malikha is known for her expertise in handling on-demand student aid advising and conducting thorough financial aid file reviews. She actively engages in college and community events.
Her dedication, adaptability, and commitment to excellence make Malikha Ceasar a valuable asset in both the educational and administrative realms, contributing significantly to the success and growth of WCCCD students and community.

The American International Cyber Institute (AICI) is certified women and minority owned online virtual education and training organization delivering high quality programs for students and Educational Technology Consulting Services, Customized Consulting for Government Entities, Schools, Organizations, & Companies. Under our umbrella we are comprised of The City School of Detroit, The Cyber Education Center, The International School and The American International Cyber Schools. We believe that we must continue to change and provide exciting new programs that allow our students to excel in today’s society and be prepared for the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
We have experience in supporting every aspect of Charter Schools. Since 2016 we have managed Curriculum Development, Human Resources, Budgets, Pupil Accounting, Grants, School Development and Operations, Business Operations, Compliance and Oversight, Marketing and Recruitment, Food Services, Branding, and Technology Support.
We have the City School of Detroit, The Cyber Education Center, The International School and the American International Cyber Schools
We also offer a remote component. We provide students an opportunity to earn an education virtually. We have served students in Tanzania. Additionally, we are approved to provide students in Nigeria an American high school diploma through the Minister of Education.
Our first cohort of students graduated in Nigeria in 2022 with their United States high school diploma.
We have a team of expert technical staff and highly qualified teachers that allow us to provide quality innovation instruction and training.
